How do I sign up to be an agent or dealer with Global Payments?
Agents: Once you provide your contact information, one of our agent specialists will contact you to discuss the program and our revenue sharing options. They will walk you through the sign-up process and collect some documentation. Then, you will receive your welcome kit, including access to your agent portal, where you will find various sales tools and training material to help you get started.

How do I get paid, and what are the commission structures?
Agents: Our compensation plans include upfront, per-account bonuses and ongoing revenue sharing. Payments for the previous month's processing activity are made around the 13th of each month and deposited directly into your bank account. You can find the detailed reporting of those residual payments in your partner portal.
Dealers: Our team bills the customer monthly on the dealer’s behalf for all recurring subscriptions and then deposits a percentage of the profits across our entire suite of products. The dealer business development manager will discuss our transparent revenue share in depth across each of our products, helping POS dealers diversify while building long-term value. -
What support and training are available for agents and dealers?
Agents: All sales agents are partnered with a dedicated relationship manager who will support you as you get up and running and learn about our products and systems. Additionally, you will always have our agent sales support team for day-to-day questions and to check on the status of merchant applications. Various training materials are also available online for you to learn about the financial services industry and our specific products at your own pace.
Dealers: We offer award-winning 24/7 US-based support for POS dealers and customers via phone, email and online chat. POS resellers receive live, extensive online training to start, as well as ongoing education opportunities every month to ensure you’re always on top of our latest technologies and solutions.
