Fueling fandom
State Farm Arena and Truist Park, along with Mercedes-Benz Stadium, are at the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant sports and entertainment scene. State Farm Arena is the third most-attended arena in the US. It’s home to NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and hosts up to 150 events per year. Truist Park is the home field of the 2021 World Series Champions, the Atlanta Braves, who welcomed over 3.2 million fans in the 2022 season.
Sports fans and event goers alike visit these iconic venues to enjoy the game or see a show. They continue coming back because of the exceptional experience they had. Our fully integrated, cloud-native stadium technology will ensure both venues keep exceeding fan expectations today–and tomorrow. That means making every fan touchpoint as friction-free as possible, including:
- Food and beverage concessions
- Digital menu boards
- Self-service kiosks
- Suite catering
- Retail
- Mobile purchasing
- Loyalty and rewards
“When fans visit Truist Park, they expect fast, seamless transactions that allow them to get to their seats quickly and enjoy the game. This new partnership with Global Payments will continue to elevate our fan experience and Truist Park’s status as a best-in-class ballpark.”

"Partnering with Global Payments will maximize customer optionality and drive efficiency. Atlanta: Homebase for the stadium of the future
Today won’t be tomorrow. That’s why we’ve designed our technology to power in-person, digital and virtual experiences across all channels–for whatever the future brings next. We’re thinking 10-20 years down the road, asking questions like: How will fans want to experience events then? Will it be a mix of live and virtual experiences? We’re building today for tomorrow–and extending our innovation to our stadium partners.
We’ll work with State Farm Arena and Truist Park to deliver innovative, world-class fan experiences. We’ll explore biometric payments at the point of sale. We’ll enable autonomous stores. And we’ll deliver all-inclusive, personalized fan experiences.
Then there’s the heart of our stadium partnerships in Atlanta. Our collective roots in Atlanta inspire our shared vision to empower under-represented communities through education and resources. We’ll serve, empower and uplift. So the community becomes stronger, socially and economically.
