Dedicated.
Driven. Diverse.

Our diverse workforce and inclusive culture make Global Payments the company it is.

Inclusion for us means being a company where everyone knows they can bring their full, authentic selves to work—and thrive. You show up for us, we show up for you.

Diversity means we recognize all life’s differences. Race, ethnicity, and gender. Religion. Age. Sexual orientation. And socioeconomic status or background. All the things that make each of us who we are.

More inclusive. More diverse. Every day.

We are passionate about supporting the cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds of our 24,000 team members.
Our differences unite us as a business.

Powered by our differences

‘Championing I&D benefits for everyone. It makes us a better business—more alert to empathy, problem-solving, and innovation. All traits we thrive on.’

Cameron Bready, President, COO and Head of I&D Council

Strength through difference

We seek to champion Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) across every region and

You can have the most diverse workforce in the world, but if your team members do not feel seen, valued, respected, and included in the success of the company, it will limit your ability to succeed. With an inclusive and diverse workforce, the possibilities are endless.”
